Air Apps is redefining how 100M+ users plan and work with AI-powered resource management. As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the full growth engine-from SEO to paid acquisition-driving the next wave of user expansion for a self-funded, globally ambitious company.
Your Mission
Audit existing paid channels (Google/Meta/LinkedIn) and establish baseline ROAS targets; implement conversion tracking across all funnels
Launch optimized SEM and paid social campaigns, targeting $2-3 CAC reduction vs. current baselines
Develop SEO roadmap with quick wins: on-page optimization for top 50 keywords, competitor keyword gap analysis
Set up GA4 dashboards and UTM taxonomy; establish weekly reporting cadence with clear KPI ownership
Scale profitable paid acquisition channels to $XXX MRR contribution; achieve >3.5x ROAS across all paid media
Improve organic traffic by 40%+ through on-page SEO, technical audits, and link-building execution
Build and optimize email nurture funnels for user retention; target 15%+ increase in LTV via segmentation
A/B test 15+ creative variants across channels; document winning formulas and scale high-performers
