The Challenge
Aime is a 27-person cosmetics brand looking for someone to own their entire CRM lifecycle—from acquisition through loyalty to reactivation. You'll drive email strategy, loyalty programs, and partnerships that directly impact LTV and growth in a fast-moving beauty brand.
Your Mission
Audit and document current CRM strategy, flows, and A/B testing cadence; identify quick wins for campaign performance
Launch 2-3 optimized email campaigns with A/B tests across acquisition, retention, and reactivation segments
Map out loyalty program roadmap and define LTV improvement targets with baseline metrics
Establish weekly reporting dashboard with key CRM KPIs (open rate, click rate, conversion, LTV, CAC payback)
Increase average order value by 15-20% through targeted loyalty program mechanics and segmented campaigns
Execute 3+ brand partnership collaborations to drive CRM list growth and engagement lift
Optimize email send strategy based on A/B test learnings; achieve industry-benchmark performance targets
Build reactivation campaign funnel targeting inactive customers; measure winback conversion and revenue impact

Target 25-30% as baseline; track by segment and campaign type to optimize subject lines and send times
Click-Through Rate
Measure creative and CTA effectiveness; aim for 3-5% depending on audience segment
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Primary north star; track by cohort and segment to measure loyalty program ROI
Average Order Value (AOV)
Monitor uplift from upsell and cross-sell campaigns; target 15-20% growth year-over-year
Email List Growth Rate
Track net subscriber acquisition through campaigns, partnerships, and organic channels
Unsubscribe Rate
Keep below 0.5% to indicate healthy audience engagement and relevant messaging

Is This Role For You?
- You have 3-5 years of hands-on CRM experience at a consumer brand (beauty, fashion, DTC preferred)
- You speak Klaviyo fluently and understand email segmentation, flows, and lifecycle automation
- You love A/B testing and data-driven optimization; you measure everything and iterate fast
- You're equally comfortable with spreadsheets, KPI dashboards, and creative briefs for designers
- You've only done CRM from an agency side; you need brand-side experience with full customer ownership
- You're not fluent in English or lack intermediate French communication skills
- You need a fully remote role; this is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in Paris required
