The Challenge

Agoda (part of Booking Holdings) is scaling B2B event marketing as a strategic growth lever. You'll own end-to-end event strategy across markets, translating commercial priorities into measurable business impact—pipeline, activation, and revenue generation.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current event portfolio and establish baseline ROI metrics for all active campaigns

Build measurement framework defining success beyond attendance (pipeline velocity, deal influence, incrementality)

Create annual event roadmap aligned to regional sales and business development priorities

Establish cross-functional governance structure with sales, BD, and marketing stakeholders

By 6 Months

Launch 2-3 optimized events with new playbooks, demonstrating 20%+ improvement in qualified pipeline generation

Scale event impact dashboards across all markets with real-time ROI tracking and executive reporting

Implement test-and-learn framework with documented learnings and iteration cycles

Build scalable operating model and event production playbooks repeatable across regional teams
