The Challenge
Lead Agoda's flights vertical as Associate Director, owning P&L alongside product and scaling a multi-channel marketing engine across CRM, paid performance, and pricing. You'll command a team of analysts while reporting into a world-class performance marketing org that's already moving billions in bookings.
Your Mission
Map current flights marketing channel performance across CRM, paid, and pricing; identify top 3 optimization opportunities within first 30 days
Establish baseline KPIs for flights vertical and build automated reporting dashboard for weekly stakeholder reviews
Hire or onboard 2-3 key analysts to fill immediate team gaps; conduct team diagnostic to surface capability gaps
Partner with Product and Supply teams to define Q2-Q3 marketing strategy priorities and secure executive alignment
Grow flights revenue by 15-25% YoY through optimized channel mix, pricing strategy, and CRM campaigns with clear attribution
Design and validate 5+ A/B tests on high-impact levers (audience targeting, messaging, pricing signals); implement winning variants
Build predictive LTV model for flights customers; segment and personalize CRM strategy by cohort profitability
Scale your team to 8-10 analysts; establish knowledge-sharing cadence and promote 1 manager-track analyst into leadership
