Become a Key Player as a Marketing Manager 4
You will lead planning and execution of high-profile, cross-functional marketing initiatives that connect strategy to measurable outcomes for the client. You will partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing, and external agencies and mentor junior team members. This is an onsite role in San Francisco, CA.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and always-on programs aligned to business priorities and customer insights
- Develop integrated marketing briefs connecting strategy, audience, creative, channels, and measurement
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regions, Studio, and agencies to bring campaigns to life
- Create marketing plans and tactics and contribute to campaign execution, reviews/approval, stakeholder management, and timelines
- Provide strategic input during creative development and reviews to ensure on-brand, customer-first work
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future programs
- Review product releases, disseminate information, and adjust marketing tactics to support new features/releases
- Provide regular communications to cross-functional and regional teams to ensure alignment and support
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles
- Proven ability to lead large, complex marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles across brand, digital, social, media, and content
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect insights to action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
Pay Range
$57.46 - $71.83/hour
