The Challenge
Payhawk is a β¬1B+ fintech unicorn transforming spend management across 32 countries. You'll own demand generation strategy for a key product, building the playbook from scratch and scaling it globally alongside the CMO.
Your Mission
Define and document demand generation strategy for assigned product with clear personas, targeting framework, and campaign hypotheses
Launch 2-3 pilot ABM campaigns with named account lists and establish baseline MRR/pipeline metrics
Build GTM Pod operating rhythm with PMM, sales, and creative teams; establish monthly reporting cadence
Audit existing demand-gen channels and recommend budget allocation model for H1
Generate qualified pipeline from named accounts at industry-leading ROI (target: <β¬500 CAC)
Achieve 15%+ month-over-month growth in engaged named accounts through optimized campaign motions
Scale successful pilot campaigns across 3+ geographies with localized messaging
Hit product-specific MRR targets through aligned demand generation and sales handoff process

- You're obsessed with metrics: pipeline ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and you make decisions based on data not gut feel
- You can design ABM strategies, build account funnels, and manage campaign execution across channels (ads, email, content, events)
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can align PMMs, sales, and creatives around a shared growth mission
- You move fast, test relentlessly, and aren't afraid to kill campaigns that aren't working
- You're a brand marketer uncomfortable with direct-response metrics and ROI accountability
- You need someone else to handle execution; you want to strategy-only without rolling up sleeves
- You require fully remote work; this role is on-site in Paris with potential travel
