The Challenge
ETNI Cycles is a premium cargo bike manufacturer in Nantes building a strong brand from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder to generate qualified prospects and structure a repeatable acquisition engine across B2B and B2C channels.
Your Mission
Identify and segment target audiences for both B2C (end users) and B2B (retailers/partnerships) acquisition
Launch and optimize LinkedIn and Instagram campaigns targeting qualified prospects with measurable engagement metrics
Build and structure a prospect database with qualification criteria, enabling sales-ready lead handoff
Generate minimum 20-30 qualified leads with documented conversion actions (calls booked, demo requests, partnership inquiries)
Scale acquisition to 50+ qualified leads monthly across top-performing channels with documented ROI by channel
Produce content library of 30+ LinkedIn posts, video testimonials, and product photography driving consistent engagement
Establish repeatable playbook for local activation (test ride events, partner outreach, community events) with attendance/conversion tracking
Document and hand off acquisition process to permanent team with clear SOP for LinkedIn, Instagram, and partnership channels
KPIs You'll Own
Qualified Leads Generated
Number of prospects meeting defined ICP criteria (budget, intent, timeline) by channel and segment.
Conversion Rate (Lead to Meeting)
Percentage of generated leads that result in scheduled calls, demos, or partnership conversations.
Cost Per Qualified Lead
Average spend (time/resource) required to acquire one qualified prospect across channels.
Content Engagement Rate
LinkedIn post engagement (likes, comments, shares, clicks) and Instagram profile conversion metrics.
Prospect Database Growth
Monthly growth and quality score of structured prospect list segmented by B2B/B2C and fit.
