The Challenge
CYGNVS is a fast-scaling cyber crisis platform that's hit product-market fit and is now racing to build its growth engine. You'll own the entire demand generation strategy and execution across paid, owned, and partner channels-turning experimentation into repeatable, revenue-driving programs.
Your Mission
Audit current demand generation efforts, establish baseline metrics, and define your tech stack (HubSpot, paid channels, attribution)
Launch optimized Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting their ICP with clear SLAs for MQL cost and quality
Partner with Sales to define lead scoring, qualification standards, and build your first attribution model across touchpoints
Establish monthly reporting cadence with forecasting and ROI measurement across all channels
Scale pipeline contribution from demand gen by 40%+ through optimized funnel performance and multi-channel campaigns
Build and operationalize 2-3 strategic partner programs and digital events that drive qualified leads and brand awareness
Document playbooks and repeatable processes for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and optimization as you scale the team
Achieve cost-per-SQL targets and demonstrate clear ROI on paid spend that informs next year's budget planning
