What you'll do
Join Mistral AI as a Demand Generation Lead, where you will own and scale the demand generation function. This high-impact role involves defining the strategy and implementing a data-driven, multi-channel demand engine to drive predictable revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to shape how enterprises adopt AI at scale. Responsibilities include developing and executing demand generation strategies, optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing campaign budgets, analyzing performance, and owning the demand gen tech stack.

Profile
- Startup DNA: Experience operating in high-growth environments, building new systems, and implementing new tools from scratch
- Marketing Stack Expertise: Hands-on experience setting up and managing MarkOps platforms, ABM tools, marketing analytics
- Enterprise B2B SaaS Demand Gen Experience: Proven track record in demand generation for enterprise software, including ABM campaigns, email marketing, social media (including influencer marketing and growth hacking), SEO, and PPC
- As a Demand Generation Lead, you will own, build, and scale Mistral AI’s demand generation function
- This is a high-impact role where you’ll define the strategy and implement a data-driven, multi-channel demand engine that delivers predictable revenue growth
- You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to drive pipeline and shape how enterprises adopt AI at scale
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, content syndication, social media, paid media, and events)
- Drive top-of-funnel lead generation and implement nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Build and organize lead flow through website optimization (CTAs, landing pages, conversion paths)
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize efforts
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop compelling content, offers, and messaging
- Coordinate with third-party agencies to execute content, events, and syndication programs
- Ensure consistent branding and positioning across all demand generation initiatives
- Own the demand gen tech stack: MarkOps platforms, ABM tools and marketing analytics tools
- Stay current with the latest demand generation technologies and trends
