Topaz is reshaping financial markets with technology, and they need a growth marketer who can orchestrate SEO, paid media, and CRM across multiple channels. You'll own the full digital strategy funnel—from organic visibility to lead qualification—while managing agency partnerships and proving ROI at every step.
Your Mission
Audit current SEO/AEO performance on Topaz properties; identify quick wins and create 90-day optimization roadmap
Establish baseline metrics across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn campaigns; implement A/B testing framework for creative segmentation
Plan and execute first integrated monthly campaign across organic, paid, and email; measure CPQL and CTR improvement
Map and optimize Topaz profiles across directories and local platforms; establish monitoring cadence for regional visibility
Grow organic traffic 30%+ through SEO/AEO strategy; secure 3+ high-authority backlinks in fintech space
Reduce CPQL by 25% across paid channels through creative testing, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization
Build and operationalize monthly marketing dashboard in Looker Studio; deliver monthly insights report with 3+ actionable recommendations
Strengthen agency partnerships; align 4+ agency partners (SEO, paid, CRO, performance) to quarterly OKRs with clear SLAs

Track cost efficiency of lead generation across all paid channels; target 25% reduction YoY.
Organic Traffic & Rankings
Monitor month-over-month growth in organic sessions and keyword rankings for priority fintech-related search terms.

Measure click-through rates and test performance across creative variants to optimize conversion velocity.
ROI by Channel
Calculate return on investment for paid search, social, and content initiatives; reallocate budget to highest performers monthly.
Lead Quality Score
Track lead quality and conversion rates from qualification to closed opportunity with Product Marketing alignment.

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 5+ years in digital marketing with proven wins in paid media (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads)
- You're fluent with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio—and you can build dashboards that tell stories
- You thrive owning full-funnel strategy: SEO, paid, CRM, and lead quality metrics across integrated campaigns
- You're comfortable managing agency partnerships and holding teams accountable to clear SLAs and OKRs
- You have fintech or B2B SaaS experience and can speak the language of CAC, LTV, and qualified lead metrics
- You've only managed one marketing channel (e.g., paid-only or organic-only)—this role requires integrated strategy execution
- You lack hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM platform; this is non-negotiable
- You're uncomfortable with data analysis or A/B testing; growth here is metrics-driven, not gut-driven
- You can't commit to on-site work in São Paulo; this is an on-site role with some hybrid flexibility, not remote
