Your Mission
Audit existing CRM tech stack and campaign taxonomy; identify quick wins for immediate performance uplift
Design and launch 2-3 high-impact segmentation strategies using behavioral data and predictive analytics
Establish campaign performance baseline; define KPI framework and reporting cadence with stakeholders
Map current customer journey across key conversion moments; surface 3-5 optimization opportunities
Execute 8-12 cross-channel campaigns; hit or exceed 25% lift in click-through rates and 15% improvement in conversion
Implement AI/ML-driven send-time optimization and content personalization; measure incremental revenue impact
Build scalable onsite CRM strategy; align web, product, and marketing on unified experience and messaging
Present quarterly business review with retention metrics, LTV impact, and roadmap for next phase of personalization

Track segment-level open rates; baseline should exceed 25% for engaged cohorts.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Monitor CTR across email, push, in-app; optimize for 3-5% improvement month-over-month.

Measure post-campaign conversion; tie messaging to booking or feature adoption events.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Track incremental LTV lift from CRM campaigns; tie to retention cohorts and repeat bookings.

Keep churn below 0.5%; monitor deliverability and list health across channels.
