The Challenge

Life360 is scaling from 88M MAU across 150+ countries to dominate family safety globally. You'll build LATAM's first regional lifecycle marketing strategy from scratch-owning the full funnel from awareness to retention across Spanish, Portuguese, and English markets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Define and document LATAM's first regional LCM strategy with market-specific segmentation and channel priorities

Audit and optimize existing email/push/in-app campaigns in Braze for LATAM markets, identifying quick-win performance gains

Establish baseline KPIs for engagement and retention across priority LATAM markets with clear tracking infrastructure

Build localization playbook for Spanish, Portuguese, and English with translation/compliance requirements mapped

By 6 Months

Launch 3+ cross-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) with 15%+ improvement vs. baseline engagement metrics

Scale upsell communications that drive measurable revenue lift in priority LATAM markets

Implement advanced segmentation and A/B testing framework to optimize cadence and content by market

Partner with Product/Engineering to enable 2+ new lifecycle channels or technical capabilities in Braze

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped lifecycle campaigns in Braze or similar platforms (email, push, in-app) and can show concrete retention/engagement wins
  • You speak Spanish or Portuguese fluently-or have deep experience localizing campaigns for LATAM markets
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can define strategy from first principles (building LATAM LCM plan from scratch)
  • You think in metrics: you segment audiences ruthlessly, test relentlessly, and always tie campaigns back to business outcomes
  • You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and can influence Product, Creative, and Engineering teams without direct authority
Won't Work If
  • You need day-to-day hands-on execution only-this role requires strategic planning and defining best practices from the ground up
  • You lack technical fluency with marketing platforms (Braze experience, SQL, segmentation logic) or avoid analytics
  • You don't have international marketing or localization experience; LATAM expansion requires regional nuance and cultural awareness
  • You require fully remote work; the hybrid London setup (2-3 days/month in-office) is non-negotiable
