The Challenge
Teva is a global biopharmaceutical leader looking for a strategic technologist to own their entire CRM and marketing technology ecosystem. You'll shape how their commercial team engages customers across omnichannel, from field reps to digital touchpoints, using enterprise platforms like Veeva and Salesforce.
Your Mission
Audit current CRM and MarTech stack (Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, Informatica); identify gaps and quick wins for field adoption
Define 12-month CRM & MarTech roadmap aligned with brand, sales, and digital marketing strategies
Establish governance framework and vendor management cadence for platform owners and stakeholders
Assess data quality and integration health across Veeva, Salesforce, MDM, and analytics platforms
Execute 2-3 high-impact CRM enhancements (MyInsights optimization, CLM improvements, email automation upgrades)
Launch omnichannel campaign orchestration capability leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva CRM Engage
Implement customer data platform (CDP) and identity resolution strategy for advanced segmentation and personalization
Build cross-functional product management process with Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Data Analytics teams
KPIs You'll Own
CRM Platform Adoption & Field Usability
Track daily active users, feature adoption rates, and field rep satisfaction scores on Veeva and Salesforce
Data Quality Score
Monitor completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of customer data flowing through Informatica and CRM platforms
Campaign Execution Velocity
Measure time-to-launch for omnichannel campaigns and personalized customer journeys via MarTech stack
Integration Uptime & Latency
Ensure 99.5%+ uptime for data flows between CRM, CDP, analytics, and digital channels
Roadmap Delivery
Track on-time, on-budget delivery of CRM and MarTech initiatives using Agile metrics

Is This Role For You?
- You've led CRM or MarTech strategy at enterprise scale (50M+ customers or $100M+ revenue impact) and understand pharma commercial models
- You're fluent in Veeva and Salesforce ecosystems and have shipped omnichannel campaigns with measurable impact
- You thrive as a strategic advisor to non-technical executives (CMO, Chief Commercial Officer) and can translate strategy into roadmaps
- You've built and scaled product delivery teams using Agile and have managed multi-vendor landscapes with governance discipline
- You're looking for a pure hands-on engineering role-this is leadership, strategy, and vendor management first
- You haven't worked in regulated industries or don't understand compliance, privacy, and data governance requirements
- You prefer greenfield projects over inheriting and optimizing legacy platforms-Teva's stack is complex and established
