The Challenge
Novibet is a 1200+ person GameTech company operating across 9 countries. You'll own CRM strategy execution for millions of players, driving retention and LTV through personalized multi-channel campaigns in a fast-scaling gaming environment.
Your Mission
Master Optimove platform and execute 8-10 automated campaign sequences across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging with documented performance baselines
Build 5-6 customer journey maps for key segments (new players, lapsed, VIP) with clear success metrics tied to retention and AOV
Conduct 4 A/B tests on campaign elements (subject lines, send times, offers) and document winning variables for scaled deployment
Establish weekly CRM reporting cadence with creative/product/data teams showing campaign performance, ROI, and optimization recommendations
Design and launch 3 end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns that increase 30-day retention by 5-8% versus baseline cohorts
Implement behavioral segmentation strategy that personalizes messaging for 6+ customer personas, measuring lift vs. broadcast sends
Develop QA framework for all outbound communications ensuring 100% on-time delivery, brand compliance, and zero compliance violations
Partner with product to identify 5+ high-impact engagement triggers and automate responses within Optimove (e.g., deposit, churn risk, milestone)

Email/SMS Open & Click Rates
Track campaign engagement benchmarks; target 25%+ open rate, 3%+ click-through on transactional sends.
30-Day Retention Rate by Cohort
Measure % of players retained 30 days post-acquisition or re-engagement campaign; primary driver of LTV.
Campaign ROI (Revenue per Send)
Calculate incremental revenue per email/SMS sent; benchmark against baseline non-sent cohorts.
Unsubscribe/Complaint Rate
Monitor audience health; keep below 0.5% to maintain sender reputation and compliance.
A/B Test Win Rate
% of tests showing statistically significant lifts; target 60%+ winning variations to inform future sends.

Is This Role For You?
- You've executed 3+ years of email/SMS marketing or CRM campaigns in B2C (SaaS, e-commerce, gaming, fintech) with real ROI impact
- You're fluent with at least one CRM platform (Optimove, Klaviyo, Segment, Iterable) and understand customer segmentation deeply
- You thrive on data—you A/B test obsessively, read analytics reports daily, and make decisions on lift not hunches
- You communicate clearly in English with cross-functional stakeholders and can explain campaign performance to non-marketers
- You need fully remote work; this role is 100% on-site in São Paulo with weekend work expectations
- You view CRM as 'just sending emails'; you need strategic mindset around lifecycle, LTV, and retention economics
- You lack hands-on CRM platform experience or have only managed single-channel campaigns (e.g., email only)
