The Challenge
Lumin Digital is building the CRM backbone for credit unions and banks nationwide. You'll own the full product strategy and execution of CRM capabilities that drive member engagement, loyalty, and growth—partnering with engineering, design, data, and clients to compete against Salesforce and HubSpot in financial services.
Your Mission
Map Lumin's existing CRM product portfolio, capabilities, and top 5-10 client use cases; build working relationships with engineering, design, data, and client success teams
Audit competitive landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, MemberDev, Engageware) and document gaps in Lumin's CRM positioning
Identify and own 2-3 high-impact CRM feature initiatives for Q1 roadmap delivery
Establish baseline CRM metrics (feature adoption %, member engagement lift, client NPS for CRM module)
Ship 4-6 high-impact CRM features that measurably improve member engagement and client retention (target: +15-20% feature adoption)
Define and launch member journey framework with 3+ pre-built segmentation and personalization templates
Drive third-party integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, internal data sources) to enable seamless CRM workflows
Establish CRM as measurable competitive differentiator; demonstrate ROI through client case studies and retention metrics

Is This Role For You?
- You have 6+ years PM experience with 3+ years deep in CRM, B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- You thrive owning full product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch iteration—and love shipping fast
- You get financial services: member lifecycle, segmentation, personalization, cross-sell/upsell mechanics
- You're comfortable mentoring junior PMs and driving cross-functional alignment in matrixed orgs
- You lead with data but aren't paralyzed by it; you run experiments, learn, and iterate ruthlessly
- You're a hands-off strategist who doesn't want to get into delivery details and metrics every week
- You have zero fintech or financial services product experience and don't want to ramp that learning curve
- You need 100% remote; this role is on-site and requires daily cross-functional collaboration
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity in early-stage product challenges or rapid pivots based on market feedback
