What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data integrity, organization, and operational reliability.
Configure, optimize, and monitor CRM workflows, automations, and sales pipelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM processes with marketing and operational goals.
Utilize tools such as ClickUp, GoHighLevel (GHL), and related platforms to support integrations and workflow automation.
Identify inefficiencies within CRM processes and implement improvements to enhance system performance and usability.
Support continuous optimization initiatives related to CRM functionality and internal workflows.
Ensure teams follow established CRM processes, documentation standards, and SOPs.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to support adoption, alignment, and effective CRM usage.
Assist in streamlining marketing operations connected to SEO, Google Ads, and lead management activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a CRM Specialist or in a similar CRM-focused role.
Previous experience working within digital marketing agencies is mandatory.
Experience supporting US-based clients or organizations is required.
Strong knowledge of ClickUp, GoHighLevel (GHL), and other CRM or project management platforms.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially SEO and Google Ads.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies related to CRM management and marketing automation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and fully remote environment.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and commitment to process consistency and operational excellence.
