The Challenge
Torro Media is a content-driven agency where you won't just manage rankings-you'll own entire client SEO outcomes from strategy to execution. You'll drive real business results by connecting search strategy to conversions, not vanity metrics.
Your Mission
Audit and establish baseline SEO performance for 2-3 assigned client accounts; identify top 20 keyword opportunities and content gaps
Develop and present comprehensive SEO strategies to clients tied to their business KPIs, not just traffic targets
Execute first batch of optimized content (rewrites + new pieces) across assigned accounts, tracking ranking movement
Set up performance monitoring dashboards in GSC, GA4, and Semrush; establish weekly reporting cadence with clients
Deliver measurable organic traffic growth (target: 30-50% YoY increase) and conversion lift for client accounts
Build and scale 2-3 complete content systems (pillar + cluster strategies) supporting client business goals
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues across accounts; coordinate developer implementation of schema, internal linking, site architecture improvements
Develop repeatable frameworks for competitor analysis, content gap identification, and opportunity prioritization; document for team scaling

Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month percentage increase in qualified organic sessions tied to target keywords and business outcomes.
Keyword Rankings (Top 10/Top 3)
Track volume and movement of keywords in top 10 and top 3 positions; prioritize high-intent, high-conversion keywords.
Organic Conversions & Revenue
Attribute conversions and revenue directly to organic traffic; measure true business impact, not vanity metrics.
Content Performance Score
Blended metric combining engagement rate, average position, click-through rate, and conversion rate for published content.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
Track client NPS, renewal rates, and upsell opportunities; measure your effectiveness as account owner.
