About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Video Content Creator and Editor to join our growing team. This position is primarily focused on creating engaging short-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertising, and brand awareness initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong video editing expertise with modern AI content creation tools and can independently transform concepts into polished, professional content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality short-form videos for:
• Instagram Reels
• Facebook Reels
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Marketing campaigns
• Use AI video generation tools, including:
• I SEE 3
• HeyGen
• Other emerging AI video platforms
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
• Transform long-form content into multiple short-form clips.
• Create engaging thumbnail graphics and supporting creative assets.
• Collaborate on content strategy and campaign ideas.
• Schedule and publish content as needed.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years Professional Video Editing Experience.
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel
• Demonstrated experience using VEO 3 and HeyGen.
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Short-form video content
• Social media reels
• Marketing videos
• AI-generated video projects
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

• Adobe After Effects
• Canva
• Photoshop
• CapCut
• GoHighLevel
• Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
• Experience working remotely with North American businesses.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days you will:

• Produces 15-30+ high-quality short-form videos monthly.
• Deliver content on schedule.
• Create engaging AI-assisted video assets.
• Contribute content ideas that increase engagement and lead generation.
