The Challenge

LuxTrust is consolidating three brands into one while positioning itself as the go-to expert in EUDI Wallet integration and digital sovereignty. You'll own the content strategy that makes this happen—structuring messaging, scaling production, and establishing thought leadership in a high-growth phase.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit existing content across three brands; develop consolidated brand messaging framework and key narrative pillars

Build and publish first 4-6 strategic assets (whitepapers, case studies, articles) positioning LuxTrust as EUDI Wallet leader

Launch editorial calendar covering all channels (website, LinkedIn, events) with clear content themes and publishing cadence

Identify and secure 3-4 target events/conferences for Q2-Q3; begin planning first company-hosted webinar or virtual event

By 6 Months
1

Execute full brand consolidation content campaign; measure messaging adoption and awareness lift across target segments

Produce 15+ pieces of content across formats (articles, videos, case studies, one-pagers); achieve 40%+ engagement targets

Deliver 2-3 successfully executed events with documented attendance, lead generation, and ROI metrics

4

Create complete sales enablement toolkit (solution briefs, pitch decks, ROI calculators) for all geographies and product lines

KPIs You'll Own

Content Engagement Rate

Track average engagement (views, shares, clicks) across all published content pieces to validate strategy resonance.

Lead Generation by Content

Measure qualified leads attributed to content assets and campaigns; target 30+ leads per month by month 6.

Event ROI

Calculate cost per attendee, cost per qualified lead, and pipeline influence for sponsored and hosted events.

Brand Awareness Lift

Track unaided brand recall, consideration, and positioning perception pre and post consolidation campaign.

Content Production Velocity

Monitor pieces published per month across all channels; target 4-6 assets weekly by month 6.

  • You've managed content strategy end-to-end for a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company; you own outcomes, not just outputs
  • You thrive during brand or organizational transformation; ambiguity energizes you because you see the blank canvas
  • You're comfortable with technical/compliance content (digital identity, eSignatures, regulations) and can translate it for multiple audiences
  • You're scrappy with tools and platforms; you can brief designers, coordinate vendors, and manage production schedules without hand-holding
  • You measure everything and optimize ruthlessly; vanity metrics bore you; you speak ROI and pipeline influence
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or distributed work arrangements; this is on-site Paris only
  • You prefer execution over strategy; this role demands defining the content direction, not just executing someone else's plan
  • You shy away from internal stakeholder management; you'll coordinate with product, sales, events, and exec teams constantly
  • You're not comfortable learning complex regulatory/technical domains (EUDI Wallet, digital signatures, eIDAS); you need simple consumer products
