The Challenge
Fonroche Lighting is the global leader in autonomous solar streetlights with 200K+ installations across 5 continents and 30% YoY growth. You'll own their international SEO strategy and content roadmap to dominate organic search and LLM visibility in their target markets.
Your Mission
Conduct comprehensive SEO audit across current domains, identify top 50 high-impact keywords and content gaps
Develop and publish 12-15 optimized cornerstone articles targeting key buyer journey stages
Establish baseline metrics: organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profile, and conversion tracking
Build SEO best practices framework and train content team on on-page optimization standards
Increase organic traffic by 40% through optimized content and technical SEO improvements
Achieve top 3 rankings for 20+ high-value keywords in France and 3 key target markets
Expand content calendar to include LLM-optimized resources (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude)
Build strategic backlink profile with 30+ high-authority domain links from industry publications

Is This Role For You?
- You've got 3+ years hands-on SEO content management experience and can show concrete traffic/ranking gains
- You're fluent in SEO tools (SEMrush, GSC, GA4) and understand on-page + off-page optimization deeply
- You speak French and English—this role requires collaboration with French HQ and international teams
- You're energized by B2B industrial/renewable energy stories and want to build authority in a niche market
- You can juggle strategy, execution, and team training simultaneously without burning out
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in rural southwestern France
- You're a generalist who dabbles in SEO but hasn't built serious organic traffic growth yourself
- You don't have intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge or comfort with CMS systems like WordPress
- You're not genuinely interested in renewable energy or sustainable technology as a sector
