Kavak is a marketplace disrupting automotive commerce in Latin America. You'll lead content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across a competitive market.
Your Mission
Audit current content assets and define 12-month content roadmap aligned to growth funnel
Launch 2-3 pillar content campaigns (blog, video, social) targeting buyer intent keywords
Build and operationalize content calendar with weekly publishing cadence across 3+ channels
Establish content performance baseline (traffic, leads, engagement) and create reporting dashboard
Scale content production to 20+ pieces/month across owned channels; hit 50K+ monthly organic traffic
Develop 3 cornerstone content initiatives (guides, case studies, webinars) that generate qualified leads
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and social teams to integrate content into demand gen
Refine content-to-customer ROI model; prove content impact on pipeline contribution

Organic Traffic
Monthly sessions to content properties; target 50K+ by month 6
Lead Generation
MQLs and SQLs sourced directly from content; track conversion rate by content type
Engagement Rate
Avg time on page, scroll depth, CTA clicks; target 2-3min avg session duration

Pieces published/month and publication consistency; aim for 15-20 pieces across formats
Distribution Reach
Social impressions, newsletter subscribers, earned media mentions sourced from content
