You'll unify content strategy across geographies, drive organic search traffic, and position Gallagher as the trusted authority in insurance and business solutions.
Your Mission
Audit and map current global content publishing workflows across teams; identify gaps and optimization opportunities
Launch 2-3 integrated thought leadership campaigns targeting high-intent search keywords with clear traffic and engagement targets
Establish baseline metrics for content performance (organic traffic, engagement rate, conversion velocity) across key properties
Build stakeholder alignment with digital, design, and web teams on content roadmap and campaign cadence for next 6 months
Increase organic search traffic to Gallagher thought leadership content by 35%+ through optimized publishing and SEO strategy
Execute 6+ global content campaigns that generate 50K+ impressions and measurable lead pipeline contribution
Reduce content-to-publish cycle time by 25% through streamlined Workfront workflows and clear SLAs
Develop quarterly business review metrics showing content ROI tied to revenue-influencing activities and client acquisition

- You've shipped 3+ integrated B2B marketing campaigns and can tie them to pipeline or revenue impact
- You're comfortable owning content workflows end-to-end and can wrangle stakeholders across design, digital, and web teams
- You live in Excel for tracking, reporting, and optimization—project management tools are second nature
- You want to build global thought leadership from the ground up and measure everything you do
- You need full remote flexibility—this is on-site only in Bogota
- You're newer than 3 years in B2B marketing or lack hands-on digital content publishing experience
