The Challenge
Stellantis is the world's fourth-largest automaker, and Peugeot needs someone to own brand performance analysis and marketing execution across European markets. You'll directly impact how this iconic French brand connects with customers and dealers across the continent.
Your Mission
Master Peugeot's brand strategy, product portfolio, and current performance metrics across European markets by shadowing stakeholders and analyzing historical data
Build monthly sales funnel and KPI tracking dashboards to measure communication impact on customer orders across all European importer operations
Support the Q1/Q2 annual marketing plan (MAP) prep by gathering data from Area Operation Managers and synthesizing insights for senior leadership
Document and analyze current local brand activations (cinema, influencers, ambassadors) to understand what's working by market
Own quarterly review meetings (RAP) with European importers, tracking action items from annual marketing plans and flagging performance gaps
Coordinate 3+ major brand campaign executions with creative agency and local markets, measuring lift on orders and brand metrics
Deliver comparative analysis of media investments vs. ROI across European importers, identifying optimization opportunities
Create monthly executive summary reports on brand performance, competitive positioning, and recommended actions for Senior Management

Activation Performance Score
Measure engagement and sales lift from local brand activations (influencers, cinema, ambassadors) by campaign.
