What you'll do

• This role will start as a consulting style positing working 10-15 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position. * Pop Up Wrkout partners with the most coveted workout studios and instructors, bringing them to coveted destinations in the form of short term pop ups. Since launching in January 2026, we have collaborated with leading fitness concepts including Fuze House, The Sculpt Society, Soto Method, Reforming Pilates, and Forza Pilates across seven markets, while collaborating with leading brands including Bloom Nutrition, Wellbel, Clearstem, AG1, Drybar, GoPuff, and Splits59. We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and relationship-driven Partnership + Brand Marketing Manager with an exceptional creative eye to own and elevate all brand partnership efforts at Pop Up Wrkout This role will be responsible for managing the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and proposal development to contract execution and ongoing partner relationships; while ensuring all brand touchpoints are thoughtful, strategic, and aligned with the Pop Up Wrkout experience. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all partnership outreach, identifying and securing aligned brand partners across wellness, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle • Own the full creative strategy for every partnership — from ideation and concept development to communication and execution — ensuring each collaboration is thoughtful, differentiated, and unmistakably on-brand • Develop custom pitch decks, creative concepts, and tailored brand partnership presentations that bring your ideas to life compellingly • Conceptualize and execute highly curated, never-been-done-before partnerships, including on-site activations, giftings, and brand integrations, that elevate the Pop Up Wrkout experience • Create and oversee marketing plans for both individual partnerships and Pop Up Wrkout • Manage contract development, negotiation, and execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, maintaining strong, long-term relationships • Oversee all partner-facing collateral, ensuring a high level of design, messaging, and brand alignment • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring partnerships to life within Pop Up Wrkout activations • Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization Who You Are: • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously • A strong communicator and natural relationship builder • Highly creative and strategic, with an eye for brand alignment • A creative visionary who brings fresh, original ideas and isn't afraid to push boundaries • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment and able to take ownership of your work • Passionate about the wellness space and genuinely excited by what Pop Up Wrkout is building; motivated to show up, go the extra mile, and grow with us • Dedicated, proactive, and consistently shows up ready to give 100% • Experience in partnerships, marketing, brand collaborations, or events is preferred* How to Apply To be considered for this position please: -Complete all questions below -Email your: • Resume • Cover letter • Any relevant portfolio or work samples (as PDFs or links) to hiring@popupwrkout.com with the subject line: "Partnership + Brand Marketing Consultant."
