What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Develop and execute the overall creative marketing strategy to maximize paid traffic performance across multiple digital products.
Lead the creation of high-performing advertising concepts and oversee the full production lifecycle from ideation to final creative assets.
Manage, mentor, and grow the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and professional development.
Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Partner closely with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign objectives and performance goals.
Build and optimize creative production processes, introducing scalable workflows and best practices.
Design and refine testing methodologies to continuously improve creative effectiveness and campaign performance.
Monitor creative performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize both campaigns and team productivity.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or similar creative leadership function.
Solid understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles.
Proven ability to develop innovative advertising concepts that deliver measurable business results.
Experience managing creative production pipelines and balancing multiple priorities effectively.
Hands-on expertise in creative testing methodologies and performance optimization.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills.
Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving product and marketing KPIs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to teamwork.
Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is considered an advantage.
