What you'll do
Accountabilities
Lead the development and execution of creative marketing strategies aligned with user acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Generate, refine, and oversee advertising concepts and creative assets across multiple products and campaigns.
Manage, mentor, and expand a team of creative professionals, including designers and creative marketing specialists.
Coordinate creative production workflows to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Partner closely with user acquisition teams to align creative initiatives with performance marketing goals.
Establish and optimize testing frameworks for creative experimentation, using performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor creative performance metrics, provide actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture through coaching, feedback, and team development activities.
Requirements
Previous experience leading a creative marketing team, including managing and developing multiple direct reports.
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and the role of creative assets in customer acquisition.
Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute high-performing marketing campaigns.
Experience implementing structured creative testing methodologies and performance optimization processes.
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and workload prioritization skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative initiatives to business objectives and key performance indicators.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
Experience within live-streaming, social networking, or digital entertainment sectors is considered an advantage.
