Join Welcome to the Jungle as a Senior Social Media Manager in Paris. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for owning and growing the company's social presence across markets. You will define the editorial strategy, create engaging content, build community, and improve performance through insights and experimentation. This is a hands-on role that requires strong writing skills, an understanding of platform mechanics, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Uses data without losing editorial judgment.
Has strong standards and clear opinions.
Bonus:
Experience in employer branding, media or marketplace environments.
Experience managing multi-market social programs.
Experience across both B2B and B2C audiences.

Chief Brand & Marketing OfficerWe’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (typically 5-8 years experience)to own and grow Welcome to the Jungle’s social presence across markets.
This role sits at the intersection of editorial strategy, content creation, community building and performance.
You’ll define what we talk about, make sure it gets produced and published, build conversations around it, and continuously improve performance through insights and experimentation.
This is not a pure strategy role : You’ll stay close to execution and be directly involved in turning ideas into content people actually want to engage with.

Build and run our social engine
- Own the editorial calendar across channels and turn business priorities, launches and cultural moments into social opportunities. Keep execution moving with clear priorities and high publishing standards.Create content people care about
- Work with Creative and Studio teams to turn campaigns, launches and ideas into social-first content. Write, edit and publish directly when needed.Grow and engage our community
- Own community management for France, build meaningful conversations and support social listening and brand reputation.Turn insights into better content
- Track performance, identify patterns and continuously improve through test-and-learn cycles. Share learnings across markets.Lead France and coordinate the UK
- Own execution in France and partner with the UK Community Manager to adapt priorities locally while maintaining a consistent voice.Bring ideas before briefs
- Stay close to culture, spot trends early and proactively identify opportunities for Welcome to the Jungle to join conversations.What success looks like after 12 months
