SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (M/W)

Your missions will include :
Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Director, the Social Media Manager (M/W) ensures the digital strategy for the group’s social media (Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange and Look). With the support of the Community Manager/Content Creator and a trainee, he/she manages the image and visibility of the brands in coordination with the group’s digital strategy. He/she is at the core of the creation, coordination, and analysis of Social Media initiatives for all brands, on an international scale.
Animate our communities
- Define the strategy, editorial line, and posting calendar in coordination with the marketing teams for the different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to achieve the set objectives;
- Ensure the implementation of social media campaigns on our Agorapulse tool
- Manage Social Ads campaigns (Business Manager)
- Monitor and analyze the KPIs (quantitative and qualitative) of Social Media and Brand Content campaigns
- Participate in content creation with the Sports Marketing team. Draft precise briefs to create specific content for social media
- Coordinate projects and activations with other brands, divisions and distributors, create guidelines or other training tools on social media
- Create live content at on-ground events with athletes, ambassadors, influencers
- Ensure the visibility on social media of content from opinion leaders and influencers in collaboration with the relevant department
- Lead influencer marketing : sourcing, outreach, campaign execution and performance tracking

Your skills and profile:
- In-depth knowledge of the ski world, outdoor sports, and the mountain universe.
- Knowledge of ski activities, athletes, key players, and codes related to these environments.
- Knowledge of specialized media.
- Team management
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity (concepts and content)
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in French and English : correct use of grammar, syntax, as well as vocabulary and spelling.
- Motivation and initiative-taking.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines, autonomy.
- Qualification in Digital Marketing.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of social platforms.
- Must be flexible to work on events and weekends.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing team related to the sports industry.
- Office Suite mastery (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Master video editing and the tools of the Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Rush, Photoshop…)
