Accountabilities:
Develop and execute a unified SEO and GEO/AEO strategy to improve visibility across search engines and AI-driven answer platforms.
Drive organic growth by optimizing keyword targeting, entity mapping, and search intent alignment across global markets.
Lead technical SEO initiatives including structured data, metadata optimization, crawlability improvements, and AI-readiness enhancements.
Design and implement content strategies optimized for LLM discoverability, including Q&A formats, schema markup, and authoritative content structuring.
Manage authority-building initiatives such as digital PR, backlink acquisition, and unlinked brand mention optimization.
Oversee geo-targeted and localization strategies to support regional visibility and multilingual search performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance using SEO and analytics tools, including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, and AI visibility signals.
Conduct ongoing experimentation to evaluate brand presence within AI systems and emerging search environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and web development teams to align SEO strategy with broader GTM priorities.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or organic growth roles within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
Strong expertise in technical SEO, including HTML, metadata, structured data, and site architecture.
Proven experience improving organic visibility, traffic, and conversions through data-driven SEO strategies.
Familiarity with entity-based SEO, semantic search, and Knowledge Graph optimization.
Experience working with analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of content optimization for AI/LLM visibility or emerging GEO/AEO strategies is highly desirable.
Ability to define KPIs in evolving measurement environments with incomplete attribution.
Strong analytical mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and marketing teams.
