The Challenge

ORO Labs is the agentic AI platform transforming procurement for Fortune 500s like Coca-Cola and Novartis. You'll own how the world understands this category-defining platform-positioning it against legacy players, enabling a growing sales team, and becoming the visible voice of ORO in a market that's just waking up to agentic procurement orchestration.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and rebuild ORO's positioning framework, messaging hierarchy, and buyer personas across procurement decision-makers (CFOs, procurement heads, operations leaders) and end users

2

Create competitive battlecards and win/loss analysis vs. SAP Ariba, Coupa, and traditional source-to-pay platforms

3

Ship refreshed website positioning and 3-5 core sales enablement assets (pitch deck, demo scripts, one-pagers) that ladder to new messaging

4

Partner with Product and Innovation leadership to document and articulate the agentic AI differentiation in procurement workflows

By 6 Months
1

Launch a comprehensive sales enablement program: updated collateral, partner enablement playbooks, and video content demonstrating ORO's orchestration advantage

2

Develop analyst relations strategy and secure first analyst briefings/reports positioning ORO as a procurement orchestration leader

3

Own website refresh and multi-channel content hub showcasing use cases, integrations, and agentic AI capabilities for procurement

4

Establish PMM processes, standards, and a roadmap for the product marketing function-setting the foundation for future team growth

KPIs You'll Own

Track average deal cycle time and win rate vs. competitors pre/post messaging refresh to validate positioning impact.

Website Traffic & Conversion

Monitor website visitor growth, time-on-page, and MQL generation tied to new positioning and content.

Sales Enablement Adoption

Measure sales team usage of collateral, deck downloads, and feedback scores on messaging clarity and competitive competitiveness.

Brand & Message Consistency

Quarterly audits of message consistency across website, sales decks, partner materials, and analyst conversations.

Launch Velocity

Time-to-market for product releases, new features, and go-to-market campaigns from product handoff to sales enablement live.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built positioning and messaging frameworks at B2B SaaS companies and can translate complex technical products into customer-centric value props
  • You have 7+ years in product marketing or similar (category creation, competitive positioning, sales enablement) and thrive in hands-on, individual contributor leadership roles
  • You're comfortable getting deep into enterprise sales cycles, understanding procurement workflows, and learning technical concepts (agentic AI, platform integrations, source-to-pay)
  • You want to shape how a new category (agentic procurement orchestration) is understood by the market-analysts, customers, partners, and media
  • You're a builder who can influence without formal authority and collaborate closely with Product, Innovation, and Sales leadership
Won't Work If
  • You need a pure remote role-this is on-site in the United States
  • You prefer reactive execution over strategic positioning and messaging ownership
  • You don't have experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex product positioning
