4

Design and execute first product launch or feature announcement with cross-functional coordination

Build and optimize lead gen campaigns across email, paid media, and organic channels with documented conversion metrics

2

Develop 3-5 case studies and customer advocacy programs that drive social proof and pipeline influence

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped 3+ product launches and own the full GTM narrative, not just messaging
  • You thrive in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments where you can be scrappy and experimental
  • You're obsessed with data-you measure everything and optimize ruthlessly based on results
  • You genuinely enjoy cross-functional work and can translate between Sales, Product, and Marketing languages
  • You have hands-on experience with digital marketing, lead gen, and conversion funnel optimization
Won't Work If
  • You prefer working in stable, mature organizations over scrappy, growth-focused startups
  • You need flexibility-this role is on-site with no remote option mentioned
  • You haven't directly managed GTM strategy or product launches before (this is a manager-level role, not IC)

Interview Process

1

Screening call with recruiter

Background, motivation, and sales enablement product knowledge

2

Case study presentation

Walk through a past product launch or GTM campaign you led-metrics, learnings, what you'd do differently

3

Cross-functional panel

Conversations with VP of Growth Marketing, Sales leader, and Product stakeholder

4

Take-home GTM strategy project

Develop positioning, messaging, and 90-day launch plan for a hypothetical Mediafly feature
