The Challenge
Medely is a Series C healthcare staffing marketplace connecting facilities with clinicians. You'll drive positioning and adoption across a two-sided platform where messaging must resonate with both enterprise buyers and individual healthcare workers.
Your Mission
Develop and validate positioning and messaging framework for both facilities and clinician audiences
Conduct 20+ customer interviews across both sides of the marketplace to inform feature launch strategy
Create go-to-market plan and internal enablement materials for next 2 product launches
Establish baseline product usage metrics and identify top 3 adoption gaps
Execute 3+ successful feature launches with measurable adoption lift (target: 25%+ feature activation within 30 days post-launch)
Increase feature awareness among target segments by 40% through positioning and lifecycle campaigns
Build comprehensive buyer personas and competitive positioning document used by Sales and Product teams
Drive cross-functional roadmap input by synthesizing customer research into 5+ strategic recommendations
