Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable BI dashboards providing real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel performance, segmentation, campaign impact, and revenue outcomes.

  • Own the GTM data dictionary, ensuring consistent metric definitions, logic, and calculation standards across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Lead forecasting analytics including pipeline coverage modeling, conversion analysis, stage weighting, and variance diagnostics.

  • Support annual revenue planning through quota modeling, segmentation analysis, capacity planning, and bookings forecasts.

  • Develop scenario-based models to support pricing, GTM strategy, and organizational planning decisions.

  • Analyze campaign performance to evaluate pipeline contribution, efficiency, and budget allocation effectiveness.

  • Partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure accurate data modeling across Salesforce, Marketo, and the modern data stack.

  • Lead cross-functional analytical deep dives such as win/loss analysis, cohort studies, market sizing, and GTM optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in GTM analytics, revenue operations analytics, or business analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, modeling, and scalable reporting frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar BI platforms.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and GTM objects (leads, opportunities, accounts, campaigns, etc.).

  • Experience supporting revenue planning processes including forecasting, quota setting, and capacity modeling.

  • Ability to synthesize data across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to generate actionable insights.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive-level narratives.

  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Marketo, or Outreach is a plus.
