Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered marketing workflows and agentic automation systems using modern orchestration and workflow tools.

  • Build reusable enrichment, lead scoring, and intent signal processes that improve demand generation, account targeting, and pipeline creation.

  • Strengthen marketing data infrastructure by improving segmentation, routing, attribution, identity resolution, and end-to-end funnel visibility.

  • Integrate marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, outreach tools, and data warehouses to create scalable, maintainable GTM processes.

  • Partner with marketing, revenue operations, and sales teams to identify manual workflows and replace them with reliable, automated systems.

  • Establish governance for campaign tracking, UTM management, attribution models, and marketing performance measurement.

  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend build-versus-buy decisions based on scalability, maintainability, cost, and operational impact.

  • Document all workflows, architectures, and automation processes to ensure knowledge sharing, version control, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, technology, business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth, go-to-market engineering, or a similar technical marketing role.

  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and automation using platforms such as Claude Code, Clay, n8n, Zapier, or comparable technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, including advanced experience with Marketo and Salesforce.

  • Experience working with SQL, cloud data warehouses, reverse ETL solutions, and marketing data integration pipelines.

  • Solid understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), campaign execution, lead management, and revenue operations.

  • Strong systems thinking with experience designing scalable, reusable, and well-documented automation solutions.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.

  • Experience with healthcare, digital health, RevOps, or early-stage marketing engineering environments is considered an advantage.
