Accountabilities:
As a GTM & AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building intelligent systems that enhance revenue processes, improve operational scalability, and enable data-driven growth strategies. You will combine software engineering expertise with AI innovation to create practical solutions across the full go-to-market lifecycle.
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end software workflows and automation across CRM, data enrichment, outreach, conversational AI, and revenue operations platforms.
Integrate LLM APIs, AI agents, and custom middleware solutions into existing sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle systems.
Optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless movement of lead generation data, intent signals, pipeline activity, and customer insights.
Evaluate, test, and implement emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve lead scoring, personalization, prospecting, and customer retention strategies.
Transform manual GTM processes into scalable AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, reduce friction, and accelerate business growth.
Establish engineering standards, documentation, and best practices for AI-driven revenue infrastructure.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
Support the development of future GTM engineering capabilities by defining technical approaches, team structures, and scalable processes.
Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with experience applying AI technologies to business operations. You should be comfortable building integrations, designing scalable systems, and translating commercial challenges into technical solutions.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, revenue operations engineering, GTM technical architecture, or a related technical field.
Strong programming experience with languages such as Python, Node.js, or TypeScript, along with experience designing API-first architectures.
Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI, as well as vector databases.
Experience building automation workflows using platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
Knowledge of modern GTM technologies, including CRMs such as Salesforce and revenue platforms such as Gong, Apollo, or Clay.
Proven ability to design scalable workflows that improve revenue performance, operational efficiency, or business outcomes.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market metrics and revenue processes.
Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience mentoring engineers or readiness to take on technical leadership responsibilities.
