Ironclad is looking for an AI-native builder to join the GTM AI & Systems team as a dedicated partner to Marketing & Strategy. This role exists for one reason: to replace manual marketing work with intelligent, autonomous systems that directly accelerate pipeline, revenue, and company growth. You'll design and deploy AI agents that run marketing workflows end-to-end, from content development and campaign launches to audience targeting and competitive intelligence. You won't just be configuring tools; you'll be architecting the agentic infrastructure that lets Ironclad's marketing team operate faster, smarter, and at greater scale. If you are plugged into the frontier of what AI can do, this role was built for you.
What Youâll Do
- Build AI agents from scratch that autonomously execute marketing workflows, including content generation, campaign development and launches, audience segmentation, creative testing, paid channel performance optimization, competitive intelligence gathering, win/loss analysis, and sales enablement content production.
- Integrate AI APIs, LLMs, and automation platforms (Actively, Glean, Workato, Zapier, Clay, and others) alongside existing point solutions in our tech stack to create scalable, production-grade solutions across Ironclad's marketing motion.
- Break down marketing workflows into the components agents need: skills, tools, memory, guardrails, evals, and feedback loops. Getting this architecture right is the job.
- Design self-improving systems where agents monitor outputs, learn from outcomes, and compound in quality over time without manual babysitting.
- Partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to deeply understand their needs, ruthlessly prioritize the highest-impact work, and move quickly from problem to working solution.
- Own the full lifecycle, from identifying which workflows to automate, to prototyping, to production deployment, to monitoring and iteration.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging AI tools and agentic frameworks; bring what you learn into production fast and help build the case for scaling what works.
- Build reusable agent infrastructure and documentation so the marketing team can operate, trust, and self-serve on what you've built.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, and BizTech to develop a deep understanding of Ironclad's full tech stack and select the right AI tools and platforms for each use case.
- You've built multi-agent systems with orchestration layers and inter-agent communication.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, Growth Engineering, Growth Marketing, or a closely related role with demonstrated, production-level AI or automation work.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical AI solutions
- Proven track record building and shipping AI agents or automated workflows in production environments, with measurable impact on revenue growth or operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, and automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Clay, n8n, or similar).
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts: tool use, RAG, evals, observability, structured outputs, orchestration, and error handling.
- Familiarity with core GTM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, intent platforms, etc.) and how they connect to AI layers.
- Experimental mindset: you build and validate fast and iterate constantly.
- Communicates clearly, owns work end-to-end, and doesn't wait to be told what to build next.
- Preferred: Experience with multi-agent orchestration, MCP servers, or building internal tools adopted by non-technical teams.
