The Challenge

Inworld is the orchestration brain for real-time AI — powering NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Niantic. You'll own the entire go-to-market narrative for a platform that's redefining how developers build with AI, from positioning through full-funnel execution.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship refined positioning and messaging architecture across developer, product leader, and CTO personas with supporting one-pagers and battle cards

2

Execute a product launch (feature or product line) from strategy through enablement, measuring adoption and sales velocity

3

Audit competitive landscape (voice AI, real-time infrastructure) and deliver actionable intelligence that reshapes positioning

4

Build core sales enablement assets: discovery frameworks, demo narratives, objection handling guides, and competitive win/loss playbooks

By 6 Months
1

Drive 2-3 full product launches with measurable adoption targets and revenue impact tied to GTM execution

2

Create a library of high-performing content (blog posts, technical narratives, customer stories, keynote storylines) that generates 40%+ of inbound pipeline

3

Scale pricing and packaging informed by buyer research and willingness-to-pay analysis, collaborating with Product and Growth

4

Establish yourself as the connective tissue between Product, Growth, Sales, and Developer Relations—measured by launch coordination efficiency and messaging consistency across channels

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped 3+ product launches end-to-end and can prove GTM impact (pipeline, adoption, revenue influence)
  • You're fluent in developer marketing and understand how product leaders and CTOs actually evaluate infrastructure platforms
  • You're a hands-on writer and content creator—you don't just brief writers, you write the keynote, the blog post, the demo script
  • You're already using AI as a GTM tool (not just talking about it) and see it as a force multiplier for positioning, content, and competitive intelligence
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can move fast in a scaling startup without heavy process or approval layers
Won't Work If
  • You see product marketing as writing one-pagers and handing off to Growth—this role demands end-to-end ownership and hands-on execution
  • You're not comfortable being embedded across multiple teams (Product, Growth, Sales, DevRel) and coordinating alignment daily
  • You lack real developer ecosystem experience or can't translate complex technical capabilities into clear, resonant narratives

Interview Process

1

Screening

Initial conversation about launch experience, content portfolio, and developer marketing background

2

Positioning Case Study

You'll be asked to review Inworld's current messaging and propose positioning improvements for a specific persona (likely CTO or developer)

3

Content Portfolio Review

Walk through 2-3 pieces of content you've created (blog posts, case studies, launch narratives) and discuss impact

4

Executive Panel

Conversation with VP Product, VP Growth, and likely the CMO about GTM vision, cross-functional coordination, and competitive strategy

5

Offer & Close

Finalization with hiring manager; equity and compensation discussion
