The Challenge
Foxit is hunting for a strategic product marketing leader to own category definition, positioning, and go-to-market across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You'll shape how the market sees Foxit, influence product strategy, and scale a PMM team from scratch.
Your Mission
Audit current product portfolio positioning and competitive landscape; deliver market segmentation and buyer persona framework
Build and hire PMM team structure; establish PMM operating cadence and integration points with Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing
Define core messaging architecture and value proposition framework for 2-3 key product lines with regional customization
Launch initial market intelligence research initiative to uncover unmet customer needs and validate category positioning
Execute go-to-market strategy for major product launch with measurable adoption and pipeline impact across all regions
Develop 1-3 year market vision and MRD process embedded into Product roadmap cycles with quarterly stakeholder reviews
Build competitive differentiation playbook and positioning narratives for portfolio; train sales and marketing teams
Establish PMM metrics dashboard tracking message resonance, win/loss analysis, and product-market fit velocity

Measure speed from MRD definition to GTM execution with full cross-functional alignment.

Quantify how research-backed positioning and strategy recommendations influence product decisions and revenue.
Sales Adoption of PMM Messaging
Monitor percentage of sales calls using core value propositions and messaging frameworks in deals.
PMM Team Output Velocity
Track deliverables per quarter: positioning docs, messaging kits, launch campaigns, research reports.
