Is This Role For You?
- You've built GTM infrastructure at a scaling startup and love the challenge of architecting from scratch vs. inheriting broken systems
- You think in AI-first terms: LLMs, automation, intelligent routing-not as bolt-ons, but as foundational design principles
- You thrive in close partnership with sales leadership and translate their urgency into clean, scalable systems
- You can design for 10x growth without ripping everything out-architecting durability alongside velocity
- You need a fully mature Salesforce org with years of documentation-this is greenfield, high-chaos startup building
- You see RevOps as a back-office support function; this role is strategic and co-architectural with sales leadership
- You're uncomfortable making high-judgment calls with incomplete data in a fast-moving environment
