Accountabilities:
Support the execution, optimization, and ongoing management of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools using data visualization platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery, strong QA processes, and effective task management.
Contribute to client communication by preparing updates, participating in meetings, and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and performance.
Work closely with senior team members to implement optimization strategies across paid media channels such as Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Participate in continuous learning initiatives, sharing insights and improving expertise in performance marketing tools and methodologies.
Ensure alignment with internal standards for campaign execution, measurement, and reporting quality.
Support cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows, processes, and overall team effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience or strong interest in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing roles.
Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Display, or similar channels.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Basic to intermediate experience using data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and contribute to client interactions.
Client-facing experience is a plus, with an understanding of relationship management and professional communication.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop expertise in performance marketing and digital strategy.
Comfortable working in a remote-first, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment.
