SEO/PPC Specialist

Company Description Connectica LLC is a Tamarac, FL-based digital marketing agency helping local service businesses grow through SEO, PPC, web design, and content marketing. We work with HVAC companies, plumbers, law firms, restaurants, and home service providers across South Florida and beyond. We're a small, tight-knit team and everyone here wears multiple hats and takes ownership of their work. If you want to be a cog in a big agency machine, this isn't the place. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position based in Tamarac, FL. You'll be hands-on with both SEO and PPC: researching keywords, running audits, managing Google Ads campaigns, optimizing Google Business Profiles, and helping our clients show up where it counts. You'll work directly with our team on active client accounts from day one, so you need to be comfortable getting up to speed quickly and thinking independently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (search, local, call-only)
• Conducting keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
• Running technical SEO audits and identifying priority fixes
• Managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles
• Building and monitoring citation and backlink strategies
• Pulling and interpreting data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
• Collaborating with our content and web teams to execute monthly strategies across client accounts
• Monitoring campaign performance and flagging issues before clients do

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns, not just reading about them
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals: on-page, technical, local, and link building
• Comfortable in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
• Comfortable working with tools like BrightLocal, Looker, Google Ads, and Google Search Console; we also use in-house built reporting tools so an aptitude for learning new platforms matters more than knowing any specific one
• Detail-oriented and you notice when something's off before anyone tells you
• Can communicate clearly with both teammates and clients
• Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Local SEO experience is a strong plus
• A degree in marketing or a related field is nice, but real-world results matter more
