SportsReflector is an AI coaching app that turns any phone into an elite-level form analyst. Computer vision, pose estimation, and AR overlays, across 20+ sports and gym exercises, from Muay Thai to tennis to deadlifts. We're democratizing coaching that used to cost $200/hour.
We're shipping fast and growing fast. Now we need someone to own institutional growth.
The role
You'll be the first partnerships hire, building our pipeline into schools, universities, club teams, gyms, and athletic programs globally. This isn't a deck-shuffling job, you'll be sourcing, pitching, closing, and managing relationships end-to-end. You report directly to the founder.
What you'll own
Building a pipeline of high schools, university athletic departments, club teams, and chain gyms globally Pitching athletic directors, head coaches, sports science staff, and gym operators Negotiating and closing team/institutional licenses Designing a coach ambassador program Representing SportsReflector at coaching conferences, athletic events, and trade shows Defining and hitting partnership revenue and activation targets
What we're looking for
3+ years in partnerships, BD, or institutional sales, bonus if it's in sports, fitness, edtech, or athletics
An existing network in coaching, athletic departments, or sports performance is a major edge
Comfortable building a function from zero with no playbook
Strong written communicator, most of your outreach will be cold email and LinkedIn
Self-directed, async-friendly, and able to work across time zones
