Accountabilities:

  • Manage affiliate relationships across the full lifecycle, including partner sourcing, onboarding, tracking, engagement, commission processing, and ongoing performance management.

  • Maintain accurate affiliate records, referral attribution, and payout schedules while proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.

  • Monitor affiliate performance and use data and partner feedback to determine which relationships should be expanded, restructured, or discontinued.

  • Support strategic partnership teams throughout the deal cycle by developing co-marketing assets and translating joint value propositions and partnership terms into launch-ready materials.

  • Serve as a marketing point of contact for partner stakeholders during evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration.

  • Own partner-facing communications, including newsletters, program updates, announcements, and partner portal content.

  • Manage the partner communication calendar and ensure messaging remains consistent, accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Track engagement across partner communications and continuously optimize content, format, messaging, and communication cadence.

  • Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch content, and other resources that affiliates and resellers can use to effectively promote offerings.

  • Maintain partner enablement libraries and ensure materials remain current as products, positioning, pricing, and messaging evolve.

  • Gather feedback from partners and sales teams to improve enablement resources and strengthen their effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.

  • Support co-marketing initiatives with partners, including joint webinars, co-branded content, campaigns, and related marketing activations.

  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholders across internal and partner marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.

  • Measure and report on partner campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, strategic partnerships, sales, and other internal stakeholders to strengthen partner engagement and channel-sourced pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, including at least 3 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, affiliate marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing function.

  • Demonstrated experience owning or managing an affiliate or partner program, including onboarding, tracking, relationship management, and commission or payout processes.

  • Proven ability to create high-quality, sales-ready marketing collateral, including one-pagers, pitch materials, co-branded assets, and partner-facing content from initial brief through final approval.

  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel partner marketing campaigns, including webinars, email communications, and co-marketing initiatives.

  • Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, brand consistency, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to translate complex products, partnership agreements, and joint value propositions into clear, compelling marketing materials.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables simultaneously.

  • Ability to analyze partner engagement and campaign performance and turn insights into practical recommendations for improvement.

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work effectively with internal teams, affiliates, resellers, and strategic partners.

  • Experience in security, privacy, cybersecurity, executive protection, or a related technology or risk-focused industry is preferred.

  • Familiarity with partner portals, affiliate tracking platforms, marketing automation systems, and other tools used to manage partner programs is preferred.

  • Experience supporting enterprise deal teams or reseller channels in high-trust and confidentiality-sensitive environments is an advantage.

  • Comfortable traveling up to 35% for key industry events, partner activations, and in-person team meetings.
