The Challenge

Wherex is building the digital infrastructure for enterprise procurement across LatAm—connecting how companies buy, pay, and finance. You'll own the data backbone of their marketing operation, turning funnel visibility into growth acceleration.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and clean existing marketing data infrastructure; establish single source of truth for lead tracking across all channels

2

Build first version of marketing performance dashboard with real-time funnel metrics (acquisition, conversion, CAC)

3

Implement event tracking and conversion measurement across website and paid campaigns

4

Document and automate 3+ manual marketing processes (reporting, lead qualification, tool syncing)

By 6 Months
1

Optimize top 3 conversion funnel bottlenecks based on data; target 15-20% improvement in one key metric

2

Scale lead generation infrastructure to support 2x volume; ensure data quality doesn't degrade

3

Build predictive models or segmentation to improve sales handoff quality and conversion rates

4

Establish marketing ops best practices; mentor team on analytics and experimental mindset

KPIs You'll Own

Lead Volume & Quality Score

Track MQLs generated monthly and quality-score distribution; measure % of leads meeting sales criteria.

Funnel Conversion Rate

Monitor conversion rates at each stage (visitor → lead → opportunity → customer) to identify optimization targets.

Cost Per Lead (CPL) by Channel

Calculate paid acquisition efficiency; benchmark against targets and historical baseline.

Data Integrity Score

Measure % of leads with complete, correct attribution data across all tools; target 95%+ accuracy.

Automation ROI

Track hours saved and revenue influenced by new automations; quantify operational efficiency gains.
