The Challenge
A global streaming brand is building out its CRM operations engine—you'll own the full lifecycle campaign stack across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. This is hands-on technical work with real scale: you're optimizing messaging for millions of subscribers across multiple international markets.
Your Mission
Audit and document all active lifecycle campaigns; identify compliance gaps (GDPR, regional regs) and create remediation plan
Deploy 3-5 A/B tests across email and push channels; establish testing cadence and statistical rigor baseline
Build 2-3 new segmentation logic flows in Braze; document audience rules and trafficking requirements for future scaling
Create monthly campaign performance dashboard; establish KPI tracking for engagement, retention, unsubscribe rates by channel
Launch 15+ lifecycle campaigns across all channels with 100% compliance audit pass rate; track channel-specific ROAS
Establish testing library of 20+ validated hypotheses with documented lifts in retention or LTV
Train regional marketing strategists on audience segmentation and campaign best practices; reduce hand-offs and errors by 40%
Implement advanced personalization using behavioral data; segment and optimize messaging for high-value vs. churn-risk subscribers

Campaign Send Volume & Delivery Rate
Track total sends across all channels monthly; maintain >95% deliverability and audit bounce/complaint rates.
Engagement Rate by Channel
Monitor open rates (email), click-through rates (email/SMS), push opt-in/click rates, and in-app message interactions.
Retention & Churn Impact
Measure subscriber retention lift from lifecycle campaigns; track churn rate changes by cohort and campaign exposure.
Test Velocity & Lift
Execute 6+ tests per quarter with documented statistical significance; track average uplift per test by channel.
Compliance & Risk Incidents
Zero unplanned compliance issues; monthly audit of GDPR, CCPA, regional regulations; document all consent and preference data.
