The Challenge

Ringover is scaling fast, and their data is the engine—but it needs constant maintenance to stay reliable. You'll own the health of their entire MarTech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker) and become the person Sales and Marketing teams depend on to actually get things done.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master HubSpot administration and become first-line support for Sales/Marketing teams

2

Complete a full data audit: identify duplicates, standardize fields, fix source tracking

3

Build 3-5 core dashboards in Looker that the team actually uses daily

4

Document 5+ critical workflows and processes in Notion

By 6 Months
1

Own data quality KPIs end-to-end and maintain >95% data hygiene score

2

Design and implement 2-3 process automations that save the team 5+ hours/week

3

Create self-serve analytics access for marketing and sales teams via Looker

4

Mentor incoming team members on CRM best practices and data governance
