The Challenge

Ringover is scaling fast, but their data infrastructure is messy. You'll be the backbone keeping HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker clean, connected, and actually useful—so 50+ marketers and sales reps can trust their dashboards and stop wasting time on data chaos.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and map the current HubSpot/Salesforce setup; identify 10+ data quality issues and create a prioritized remediation roadmap

Build 3-5 core dashboards in Looker that Marketing & Growth actually use daily (pipeline, CAC, conversion funnels)

Own first-level CRM support: respond to team requests within 24h, document recurring issues, propose 2 quick automation wins

4

Document 5 critical processes on Notion (data entry standards, lead scoring logic, reporting SLAs)

By 6 Months

Execute full data hygiene pass: deduplicate contacts, standardize source tracking, reconcile Salesforce-HubSpot sync errors

Design and launch 2-3 workflow automations that save the team 10+ hours/month (lead routing, email cadences, reporting)

Establish monthly data health metrics (accuracy rate, sync errors, dashboard uptime) and own continuous improvement

Train 3+ team members on self-service dashboard creation and data best practices; reduce ad-hoc reporting requests by 40%

Salary

€18K-€22K/year (alternance rate in France, 2026)

Remote

On-site in Montrouge (Île-de-France). Hybrid option with €20/month remote allowance + €700/year mobility budget (50% Pass Navigo or €300 fuel subsidy)
