The Challenge
Ringover is scaling fast, and their data infrastructure needs someone who gets obsessed with cleanliness and accuracy. You'll be the backbone keeping HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker humming-turning messy data into actionable insights for Sales and Marketing teams.
Your Mission
Audit and document the current HubSpot/Salesforce setup, identify 3+ data quality issues, and propose fixes
Own first-level support for CRM users-track tickets, resolve common errors, build an internal FAQ
Create 2-3 core dashboards in Looker that Marketing & Sales actually use daily for decision-making
Set up a monthly data hygiene process (deduplication, field validation, source tracking)
Reduce CRM data error rate by 30% through process automation and validation rules
Build and maintain 5+ automated workflows that save the team 10+ hours/week
Document all critical processes in Notion; ensure zero knowledge silos on your workflows
Design and implement a quarterly data health scorecard-track metrics that matter (contact accuracy, lead source attribution, pipeline data completeness)
