The Challenge

Indegene (via BioPharm Communications) is scaling omnichannel CRM campaigns for life sciences clients using their proprietary Tandem platform. You'll own the operational execution that turns strategy into deployed, performing campaigns reaching healthcare professionals at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master SFMC configuration: build 3-5 customer journeys and automated programs from strategy briefs, hitting zero deployment delays

Establish performance baseline: define and track email deliverability, engagement, and operational efficiency metrics across active campaigns

Own list hygiene & validation: implement repeatable data import workflows using the proprietary List Match Application, validating 100% of targeting lists pre-deployment

4

Cross-channel coordination playbook: document hand-offs with email, direct mail, and programmatic partners to eliminate deployment bottlenecks

By 6 Months

Optimize SFMC architecture: refactor 10+ existing journeys based on campaign performance data, improving conversion rates by 15%+

Scale operations: manage 50+ concurrent campaigns monthly without quality degradation or missed SLAs

Strategic partnership: become the trusted ops lead for 5-7 key CRM Strategy Managers, owning their campaign deployment roadmap

Measurement framework: design and implement automated dashboards tracking campaign ROI, velocity metrics, and operational KPIs visible to leadership

List Validation Accuracy

Percentage of targeting lists passing validation checks on first submission before SFMC import.

Cross-Channel Coordination Time

Average turnaround from strategy sign-off to production-ready deployment across all channels.
