The Challenge

73 Strings just raised $55M Series B (the largest in the private capital data space) backed by Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Fidelity. You'll build the marketing operations function from the ground up at a hypergrowth fintech serving PE, VC, and Infrastructure funds globally.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document current HubSpot setup; identify data quality gaps in lead scoring, routing, and campaign tracking

Build and QA 3-5 core email nurture workflows for different buyer segments (PE, VC, Infrastructure) with proper lead scoring triggers

Establish formal lead routing rules and BDR handoff process; measure lead delivery time and accuracy SLAs

Support 2 major industry events/conferences with full pre- and post-event workflow automation in HubSpot

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end ABM campaign execution across 2-3 target accounts; track account engagement and pipeline influence

Reduce lead-to-BDR handoff time by 40% through workflow optimization and automated routing

Build dashboard(s) tracking campaign performance, event ROI, lead flow health, and MQL-to-pipeline conversion by market

Establish monthly ops review cadence with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing; deliver actionable optimization recommendations

  • You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site São Paulo, no negotiation
  • You've only done campaign execution; you need ops mindset (process, systems, data quality) not just tactical campaign work
  • You're not comfortable being hands-on; this role is about rolling up sleeves and owning workflows end-to-end
